Sally Pratt Real Estate has been serving the needs of Sellers and Buyers in Coos and northern Grafton counties in New Hampshire and Essex, Caledonia and Orleans counties in Vermont, since 1980. Founded by Sally B. Pratt in Lancaster, New Hampshire, our office has had a small but dedicated team of agents since that time. In 2007, Louise Caouette became the Broker/Owner of Sally Pratt Real Estate, with Sally continuing on as an active agent. In addition to Louise and Sally, Bert Desrochers has been affiliated with the agency since 1995 and Sharon Moore joined the team in 2009. In October of 2010, Sally Pratt Real Estate merged with Remax Northern Edge Realty to become Remax Nothern Edge-Lancaster. We specialize in homes, land and vacation properties and look forward to helping you find that special place or sell your property.
