Louise Caouette, Associate Broker

Louise Charest Caouette is a native of the Berlin, New Hampshire area having graduated from Berlin High School. Louise has an AS in marketing from Champlain College, a BPS in business management from University System of New Hamphire's College for Lifelong Learning. In 1993, Louise earned her MBA via long distance learning from Chadwick University in Birmingham, Alabama. Louise earned her broker's license and ABR designation and became a member of the Realtor's Honor Society in 2005. She has earned this distinction again in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Louise is a member of the board of directors of the North Country Board of Realtors and currently serves as the vice president. In 2009, Louise was named the North Country Board of REALTORS, Realtor of the Year.On April 1, 2007 Louise and her husband Ted purchased Sally Pratt Real Estate from Sally. In February 2008, Louise became the first REALTOR in Coos County and only the second REALTOR serving Vermont to obtain the ECOBroker designation. Louise is also active in the Lancaster Rotary and the Lancaster Renaissance Group. Louise and her husband Ted make their home in Stark, New Hampshire.
